If you are a fantasy owner or invested in even the smallest of sportsbook endeavors the fact of the matter is that you probably made out like a bandit with the King.

It should come as no surprise to regulars and expert NJ sports betting online that LeBron rocked the house from its figurative foundation the other day begging the question, will the reign truly ever be over?

29 points, 12-22 FG, 1-5 FT, 4 3PTs, 12 rebounds, 9 assists, 1 steal

MVP? MVP? MVP?

Nooooo…

The NBA shocked the sports world on Wednesday night when the league announced it was suspending its 2019-20 season play indefinitely.

There’s really no word on whether or not the league will even finish out the season, with a possibility of the playoffs to take place during the summer instead. In the meantime, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced that 30 days is the minimum length of time that the league will cease playing games.

NBA players were shocked at the news, and understandably so. Suns star Devin Booker sure was, as he found out the news while playing video games. He was absolutely surprised, and reacted as such.

We felt the same way.

Will the Mighty Fall

Jazz star Donovan Mitchell became the second NBA player to have tested positive for coronavirus on Thursday.

Mitchell likely was infected by teammate Rudy Gobert, who was the first to have come down with the virus. That resulted in the league testing all the Jazz and Thunder players following Wednesday’s game.

Since that time, Mitchell has tested positive, with other NBA players likely to get tested as well.

He addressed his condition, giving an update on it via Instagram on Thursday.

Prayers up for Mitchell and Gobert, as well as anyone else affected by the virus.

Wise Words

Trail Blazers big man Hassan Whiteside just wanted a facial you guys, although he probably shouldn’t have taken to social media to announce that to the world.

That’s exactly what he did after dunking all over an opposing player in the team’s most recent game against the Suns. It was a pretty nice posterization, and you can see it here.

The real hijinks went down in the comments, though, when Gobert said “I wanted the facial.”

Well, it wasn’t long until other NBA players — Bam Adebayo, Carmelo Anthony, Dion Waiters, Rodney Hood and others — got wind of it, and trolled the hell out of him in the comments.

Too funny.
