With the Boston Globe using ‘Down on the Farm’ for a lot of their Red Sox minor league stuff (they probably had the name first), I decided to rename my Red Sox minor league notes to Destination: Boston Red Sox & Fenway Park.
The ‘Futures at Fenway‘ were on hand for the press conference about the games on August 11th.

The Sea Dogs beat the Fisher Cats last night for their 6th consecutive win.
Justin Masterson was the Eastern League Pitcher of the Week for July 9-15.
Lancaster Jethawks:
The Jethawks beat up on the Quakes 9-1 Monday night
Greenville Drive:
The Drive ended their nine game losing streak with a 10-7 win over Asheville.
South Atlantic League Standings
Lowell Spinners:
Auburn and Lowell split their doubleheader on Monday night with Auburn winning game 1 and Lowell winning game 2.
Ryan Kalish was the NY/Penn Offensive Player of the Week for July 9-15.
