Let’s just hope that this was one big misunderstanding:

Newly-elected UConn football captain Scott Lutrus was arrested by UConn police early Friday morning and charged with interfering with an officer. According to the police arrest log, officers were dispatched to a report of a fight near the entrance to Celeron Square Apartments. Upon arrival, officers attempted to detain Lutrus. Lutrus resisted and began fighting with officers. He was arrested, and later released on a $500 bond. Lutrus turned 21 on Thursday.
