During the UConn Huskies loss to the Syracuse Orange on Wednesday night, a bad call by the referees may have cost the Huskies a chance to win.
Watch the replay and see when the ref put his hand up. You’ll notice the ball is already in the UConn defender’s hands.
It’s too bad that college basketball doesn’t have a replay system in effect. Because if they did, the Huskies would have been awarded the ball with a chance to win.
Believe me, I’m not bitter about this. These things happen in college basketball and there’s nothing you can do about it. It just would have been nice to see a break go to UConn with the way things have gone this season.
