Red Sox win

As my body operates on West Coast time while out here on the East Coast, the Red Sox won a close one last night 2-1 in front of a packed house at PETCO Park. Dice-K had a strange night to say the least. He walked the bases loaded in the first but yet allowed 1 run and got the win. The last time this happened was in 1976 by Mike Norris of the Athletics. Coco and Manny both continue their hot streaks right now as Julio Lugo is still slumping. As Red Sox Nation has now invaded Ron Burgandy’s hometown of San Diego, let’s take a look at the headlines coming out of the Boston area and San Diego media.
