The latest NCAA women's basketball rankings are out and the UConn Huskies remain as the No. 3 team in the AP Poll and No. 2 team in the USA Today Coaches Poll.
The Baylor Lady Bears are No. 1 for the second straight week in both polls. They are followed by the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, UConn, Duke Blue Devils and Kentucky Wildcats in the AP Poll. In the Coaches Poll, Notre Dame is No. 3 with UConn No. 2 as stated above. The others are the same.
Joining the Huskies and Fighting Irish in the top 25 from the Big East are the Louisville Cardinals (15/13). The Syracuse Orange are ranked No. 23 in the Coaches' Poll and are the top team in the others receiving votes in the AP Poll.
The Villanova Wildcats are the only team from the Big East among the others receiving votes in both polls. The DePaul Blue Demons and St. John's Red Storm are among the others receiving votes in the Coaches Poll.
