While the pitchers and catcher held their first official workout at Boston Red Sox camp on Saturday, the positions players who arrived early took advantage of that and worked out themselves. One of the players who arrived on Saturday was “new” left fielder Jacoby Ellsbury.

If you hadn’t heard, Ellsbury will be wearing No. 2 this year, which just happens to be NESN analyst and former Red Sox player Jerry Remy’s number.
