The Boston Red Sox were swept over the weekend leaving their record at Fenway Park at 0-3. On Monday night, John Lackey and Jackie Bradley Jr made sure that changed.

Lackey allowed just an unearned run over seven innings of work while JBJ had three hits and two RBIs to help the Red Sox to a 5-1 win over the Texas Rangers on Monday night.

Lackey is now 2-0 on the season.

Mike Napoli and A.J. Pierzynski both added three hits against their former club while Daniel Nava added a hit and an RBI. Dustin Pedroia had the other RBI for the local nine.
