2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball Rankings – Week 15 (Feb. 11)

AP & USA Today Coaches Polls

The NCAA men's basketball rankings are out and after being among the others receiving votes last week, the UConn Huskies have fallen out.

Once again, we have a split No. 1.

The Indiana Hoosiers remained as the No. 1 team in the AP Poll and are followed by the Puke Blue Devils, Miami (FL) Hurricanes, Michigan Wolverines and Gonzaga Bulldogs. In the USA Today Coaches Poll, Puke is No. 1 and is followed by Indiana, Gonzaga, Miami (FL) and Michigan.

The Big East teams in the top 25 are the Syracuse Orange (6/7), Louisville Cardinals (12/12), Georgetown Hoyas (15/15), Pittsburgh Panthers (16/17), Marquette Golden Eagles (18/20) and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (21/21).

The Cincinnati Bearcats are the only Big East teams among the others receiving votes in both polls.

2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball Rankings – Week 14 (Feb. 4)

AP & USA Today Coaches Polls

The NCAA men's basketball rankings are out and we find the UConn Huskies back among the others receiving votes but just in the AP Poll.

There's no split No. 1's this week as the Indiana Hoosiers return to the top of the polls. They are followed by the Florida Gators, Michigan Wolverines, Puke Blue Devils and Kansas Jayhawks in the top five of both polls.

Syracuse is the highest ranked Big East team in both polls at 9/9 and are they joined by the Louisville Cardinals (11/12), Cincinnati Bearcats (17/17), Georgetown Hoyas (20/21) and the Pittsburgh Panthers (23/25).

The Marquette Golden Eagles are ranked No. 24 in the AP Poll and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish are No. 25. They are both among the others receiving votes in the USA Today Coaches Poll.

2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball Rankings – Week 13 (Jan. 28)

AP & USA Today Coaches Polls

The NCAA men's basketball rankings are out and the UConn Huskies remain out of the polls.

There's a split in the polls as to whom the No. 1 team is.

In the AP Poll, the Michigan Wolverines are ranked No. 1. In the USA Today Coaches Poll, the Kansas Jayhawks are No. 1.

The Wolverines are followed by Kansas, Indiana Hoosiers, Florida Gators and Duke Blue Devils in the AP Poll. In the USA Today Poll, Kansas is followed by Michigan, Indiana, Florida and Duke.

Teams from the Big East that are ranked are Syracuse (6/6), Louisville Cardinals (12/13), Cincinnati Bearcats (24/23) and Marquette Golden Eagles (25/25).

AP & USA Today Coaches Polls

The NCAA men's basketball rankings are out for the week and after being among the others receiving votes, the UConn Huskies have once again fallen out.

The Puke Blue Devils are back on top in both polls. They are followed by the Michigan Wolverines, Kansas Jayhawks, Syracuse Orange and Louisville Cardinals in the AP Poll. In the Coaches Poll, the top five is the same with the exception of Kansas being No. 2 and Michigan No. 3.

Joining Syracuse and Louisville from the Big East in the top 25 are the Cincinnati Bearcats (21/20) and Notre Dame Fighting Irish (24/23).

2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball Rankings – Week 11 (Jan. 14)

AP & USA Today Coaches Poll

When the UConn Huskies men's basketball team takes on the Louisville Cardinals on Monday night, they'll be taking on the new No. 1 team in both polls.

UConn did return to the others receiving votes of both polls after being out last week.

The Cardinals are followed by the Indiana Hoosiers, Puke Blue Devils, Kansas Jayhawks and Michigan Wolverines in both polls.

Joining Louisville in the top 25 from the Big East are the Syracuse Orange (6/6) and Notre Dame Fighting Irish (20/20).

The Marquette Golden Eagles are ranked No. 25 in the AP Poll but are among the others receiving votes in the Coaches' Poll. The Cincinnati Bearcats are ranked No. 24 in the Coaches' Poll but are among the others receiving votes in the AP Poll.

The Huskies are joined by the Georgetown Hoyas among the others receiving votes in both polls. The Pittsburgh Panthers are among the others receiving votes in the AP Poll.

AP & ESPN/USA Today Coaches Polls

The NCAA men's basketball rankings are out and with their loss to the Marquette Golden Eagles, the UConn Huskies have fallen out of the others receiving votes completely.

For the fourth straight week, I've lost my lunch. Oops, I mean the Duke Blue Devils are the No.1 team.

They are followed by Michigan Wolverines, Louisville Cardinals, Arizona Wildcats and Indiana Hoosiers in the AP Poll. In the USA Today Coaches Poll, the top five is the same with Arizona at No. 3 and Louisville at No. 4.

2013 NCAA Men’s Basketball Rankings – Week 9 (Dec. 31)

AP & USA Today Coaches Polls

The NCAA men's basketball rankings are out and the UConn Huskies remain among the others receiving votes for yet another week.

The Duke Blue Devils (there went my dinner I haven't eaten yet) remain the No. 1 team in the country. They are followed by the Michigan Wolverines, Arizona Wildcats, Louisville Cardinals and Indiana Hoosiers in both polls.

Joining the Cardinals in the top 25 from the Big East are the Syracuse Orange (7/7), Cincinnati Bearcats (14/15), Georgetown Hoyas (15/16), Notre Dame Fighting Irish (19/21) and the Pittsburgh Panthers (24/22).

UConn is the only team from the Big East among the others receiving votes.

AP & USA Today Coaches Poll

The NCAA men's basketball rankings are out and the UConn Huskies remain among the others receiving votes in both polls.

The Duke Blue Devils remain No. 1 (there went my Christmas Eve dinner). They are followed by the Michigan Wolverines, Arizona Wildcats, Louisville Cardinals and Indiana Hoosiers in the AP Poll. In the USA Today Coaches' Poll, the top five is the same except for Louisville is No. 3 and Arizona is No. 4.

Joining the Cardinals from the Big East in the top 25 are the Cincinnati Bearcats (8/8), Syracuse Orange (9/7), Georgetown Hoyas (15/18), Notre Dame Fighting Irish (21/20) and Pitt Panthers (24/24).

UConn is the only team from the Big East among the others receiving votes.

The NCAA men's basketball rankings are out and the UConn Huskies remain among the others receiving votes in both polls.

The Duke Blue Devils (I just threw up in my mouth) are the new No. 1 team in the land. They are followed by the Michigan Wolverines, Syracuse Orange, Arizona Wildcats and Louisville Cardinals in the AP Poll. In the ESPN USA Today Coaches Poll, the top three is the same with Louisville at No. 4 and Arizona at No. 5.

Joining Syracuse and Louisville from the Big East in the top 25 are the Cincinnati Bearcats (11/11), Georgetown Hoyas (15/21) and Notre Dame Fighting Irish (22/22).
