UConn Huskies senior All-American center Tina Charles has been dominating play in the Big East and in the awards this season. However, this week she was only named to the Big East Honor Roll for her efforts in UConn’s 2-0 week.

In the win over the Sooners, Charles had 19 points, nine rebounds, two assists and four blocks in 37 minutes of action. In Saturday’s win over the Friars, she had 26 points, nine rebounds, three assists and four blocks in just 28 minutes of action.

The Huskies return to action on Wednesday night as they travel to the Carrier Dome for a Big East matchup with the Syracuse Orange.
