It was a crazy day at Fenway Park yesterday with the wind whipping as a rookie got the better of Josh Beckett and the Red Sox. Normally Beckett gets mad crazy run support but yesterday he didn’t get that. It was one bad inning in which Beckett had to throw 20 pitches that did him in. The Sox got a lot of runners on base but unfortunately they couldn’t push more than 1 run across the plate.
