After winning last night, the Boston Red Sox look for the series victory in the rubber game of a three-game set with the Chicago White Sox at U.S. Cellular Field on the South Side of the Windy City.

First pitch is scheduled for 8:10 p.m. The game will be broadcast on NESN in the Red Sox television market. If you live in the White Sox market, you can catch the game on CSN Chicago +. And if you can’t catch the game on television, you can always listen on the 2014 Red Sox Radio Network.

Jon Lester takes to the bump for the fourth time in 2014. In his previous three starts, Lester is 1-2 with a 2.57 ERA (6 ER/21 IP). He took the loss in his lone start of 2013 against the White Sox after allowing six runs (five earned) in six innings of work. He’s made 10 career starts against them and is 4-5 with a 5.43 ERA. Seven of those starts have come at U.S. Cellular where he is 4-3 with a 4.20 ERA.

Chris Sale makes his fourth start of 2014 looking to stay perfect. In his previous three starts, Sale is 3-0 with a 2.66 ERA (6 ER/2o.1 IP). He last faced the Red Sox in 2011 when he made three appearances and had no record with a 0.00 ERA and a save. He’s made five career appearances against the visiting nine and is 1-0 with 0.00 ERA and one save.
