Apparently, Daisuke Matsuzaka felt something while warming up before today’s Boston Red Sox vs Philadelphia Phillies game at Fenway Park. It was serious enough for the Red Sox to place on the DL before the game.
Scott Atchison, who was called up yesterday, is making the spot-start. Dustin Richardson has been called up from Pawtucket to replace Dice-K on the 25-man roster.
