The Boston Red Sox return home to Fenway Park after a 2-4 trip to the west coast where they find themselves taking on the quick starting Baltimore Orioles. First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 PM and the game will be televised on NESN. You can also catch the game on the radio on one of the many affiliates of the Red Sox Radio Network.

Red Sox skipper Terry Francona will look to Brad Penny to keep the pitching momentum going from Wednesday’s win over the Oakland A’s. Penny is making his Fenway Park debut and also his first career start against the Orioles. In his first outing of the season, he gave up 3 runs over 6.0 innings on 2 walks and 5 hits to get the only Red Sox win over the Angels.

Jeremy Guthrie takes the ball from Captain Kirk Dave Trembley. Guthrie is 1-2 in 8 games (7 starts) with a 3.43 ERA against the Red Sox and is 0-1 with a 3.93 ERA in 3 career starts at Fenway Park.
