John Lackey (L), Ubaldo Jimenez (R)

After the Colorado Rockies stopped the Boston Red Sox six-game winning streak last night, the Red Sox will look to get back on track tonight in the second game of a three-game set at Coors Field.

Tonight’s game will start at 8:40 p.m. and will be shown on NESN in the Red Sox television market. The game will be shown on FOX Sports Net Rocky Mountain in the Rockies television market. If you can’t catch the television broadcast, you can always listen to the game on the 2010 Red Sox radio network.

John Lackey has made 14 starts for Terry Francona and the Red Sox this season. In those starts, he is 8-3 with a 4.53 ERA. He’s faced the Rockies once in his career as a member of the Angels. In that start back in 2006 in Anaheim, he picked up the win after allowing three runs over eight innings.

The probable starter in the 2010 MLB All-Star Game for the National League is tonight’s Rockies starter Ubaldo Jimenez. He has dominated everyone in his 14 starts with a 13-1 record with a 1.15 ERA. He has never faced the Red Sox during the regular season in his career but did face them in the 2007 World Series. He took the loss in Game 2.
