New Red Sox Spring Training Site: If you’ve been following the whole Boston Red Sox spring training site saga, you’ll know that Lee County Commissioner Tammy Hall had been asked to get an ethics ruling on whether or not she could vote for her boyfriend’s company. The Florida State Ethics commission ruled and said she can vote. “In light of the statutory definition of ‘relative’ it is my view that you would not have a prohibited voting conflict of interest,” wrote commission deputy executive director Virlindia Doss.
