Josh Beckett (L), CC Sabathia (R)

After taking the first two games of the series, the Boston Red Sox look for the sweep of the New York Yankees in the finale of a three-game set at Yankee Stadium.

Tonight’s first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. and you can watch the game on NESN in the Red Sox television market. If you live in the Yankees television market, you can catch the game on MY9. If you don’t live in either market, you are in luck as the game will be broadcast on the MLB Network. And if you can’t catch the television broadcast, you can always listen to the game on the 2011 Red Sox Radio Network.

Josh Beckett looks to keep the five-game winning streak for the Red Sox alive in his 13th start of 2011. In his previous 12 starts, Beckett is 4-2 with a 2.01 ERA. He’s made two starts against the Yankees this season and is 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA (0 ER/14 IP). In those two starts, he allowed just six hits and three walks while striking out 19. Beckett has made 24 career starts against the Yankees and is 12-7 with a 5.66 ERA. He’s made 12 of those starts in the Bronx where he is 7-3 with a 5.14 ERA.

CC Sabathia will help try to get the Yankees back into a tie for first place with the Red Sox in his 14th start of 2011. In his previous 13 starts, CC is 7-3 with a 2.80 ERA. He’s made two starts against the Red Sox this season and this marks the third time he’ll matchup with Beckett. He has taken the loss in both games and allowed seven runs. In his career against the Red Sox, Sabathia has made 17 starts and is 6-7 with a 3.63 ERA. Since coming over to the Yankees in 2009, five of those career starts have come in the Bronx where he is 3-1 with a 2.23 ERA. The lone loss in NY came back on May 14th.
