Shanahan was 24-24 over the past 3 seasons. He finished with a record of 146-91 including the playoffs during his 14 years as head coach. He was the second longest tenured coach behind Jeff Fisher of the Tennessee Titans. He has won two Super Bowls as the head coach of the Broncos back when John Elway still played. [Denver Post]
