The college basketball rankings are out and the Kentucky Wildcats remain as the No. 1 team in the country.
They are followed by the Wisconsin Badgers, Arizona Wildcats, Duke Blue Devils and North Carolina Tar Heels in the AP Poll. In the Coaches Poll, they are followed by Duke, Wisconsin, Arizona and the Louisville Cardinals.
With their loss to West Virginia in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off, the UConn Huskies drop to 24th in the AP Poll and 22nd in the Coaches Poll.
They are the only team ranked from the American Athletic Conference as SMU has fallen out and is among the others receiving votes in both polls. The Memphis Tigers are the other team from the American in both polls among the others receiving votes.
The Cincinnati Bearcats are among the others receiving votes in the AP Poll.
