The NCAA men’s basketball rankings are out for the week and after going 2-0 last week, the UConn Huskies have moved up in both polls.
They jumped four spots in the AP Poll to No. 13 and went up five spots in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll to No. 11.
The Syracuse Orange remain No. 1 in both polls and are followed by the Kentucky Wildcats, Baylor Bears, Duke Blue Devils and Missouri Tigers in both of them as well.
Joining the Orange and Huskies in the top 25 from the Big East are the Georgetown Hoyas (10/12), Marquette Golden Eagles (21/22) and Louisville Cardinals (23/21).
The Seton Hall Pirates and West Virginia Mountaineers are the only Big East teams among the others receiving votes in both polls. The Cincinnati Bearcats are among the others receiving votes in the AP Poll.
