Friendly Reminder

Just a friendly reminder that I’ll be without internet or cell phone service starting in just a little while. This means I won’t be able to do the lineup post tonight or any posts tomorrow. I should get back into the swing of things tomorrow night at the earliest.

My apologies for the inconvenience. I do thank you for your continued support of SOX & Dawgs.

Site Update

I just wanted to let everyone know that this weekend will be a light one here at SOX & Dawgs.

While I’m hoping to do as much as I can while I’m away for the weekend, it’s highly unlikely I’ll be able to. Friday’s posts should be on their normal schedule. On Saturday, I’m expecting the same for the morning stuff but the lineup post will either be a watered down version or not at all.

On Sunday morning, the normal posts should be there. But from there, I wouldn’t expect any posts until Monday night or possibly Tuesday morning. Sunday and Monday I’ll be in area where there’s no internet or even phone service. So obviously I won’t be able to do anything.

Just wanted to keep everyone informed in case they were wondering where the posts were. Because without you, I wouldn’t be here.

Thanks for your support of SOX & Dawgs.

We Are Back Today

After the one day hiatus due to my computer crashing, we are back in business today and it should be business as usual.

I do apologize for the inconvenience and thanks for your support of SOX & Dawgs. It’s well appreciated.

RIP Dell Vostro 1500

After four years and nine months of service, my Dell Vostro 1500 passed away this morning at approximately 1:56 A.M. After an autopsy, the cause of the death is thought to be multiple blue screens of death caused by various parts that stopped working.

She lived a timely life helping SOX & Dawgs become what it is today. While she’ll be missed, she’s been replaced by her cousin the Dell Inspiron.

I do apologize for the lack of posts but without access to my email and RSS feeds, I haven’t been able to do much. I hope to get things back up and running at some point tonight. For now, I’ll be getting the essentials setup and over time, I’ll get things back to the what I use all the time.

So please bear with me. And yes, I’ll be getting the Trot videos up as well. That will be one of the essentials of setting up.

Until then, thanks for your support of SOX & Dawgs.

And We’re Back

We apologize for the lack of posting on this Saturday. Bloguin switched over to a new hosting solution for the network and for the most part, everything went smoothly.

I say for the most part because 15 sites didn’t make it over in the first transition. Unfortunately, we were one of the “15” sites and didn’t come back online until later in the day.

But now that things are running smoothly, we’ll get back to action. We won’t catch up on the UConn post as I’ll just combine it into one post in the morning. The same goes with the Red Sox post from today.

I’ll do what I can with what I wanted to post and we’ll be ready for the full day of normalness on Sunday.

Thanks for your patience!
