Michael Silverman of the Boston Herald is reporting that the Red Sox and Hermida have come to terms on a 1 year, $3.345 million deal.

Hermida had asked for $3.85 million while the Red Sox countered with $2.95 million. He had made $2.25 million while a member of the Florida Marlins in 2009.
