The Boston Red Sox announced this afternoon that they have not offered a 2009 contract to first base and infield coach Luis Alicea.
DeMarlo Hale (third base/outfielders), Dave Magadan (hitting), John Farrell (pitching), Brad Mills (bench), and Gary Tuck (bullpen) have all been invited to return to the club in 2009.
Now that Dale Svuem is out of a job in Milwaukee, could we see him return to the Red Sox in ’09.
