It looks like Hotlanta is becoming the destination for former Boston Red Sox relievers.
According to Danny Knobler of CBSSports.com, the Atlanta Braves and former Red Sox and Dodgers reliever Takashi Saito are close to an agreement on a 1 year deal. Knobler reports the deal is worth $3 million.
In 56 games with the Red Sox last season, Saito appeared in 56 games and finished with a 3-3 record. He had a 2.43 ERA with 52 strikeouts in 55.1 innings.
