During the press conference this morning for the 2009 MLB All-Star Game, Tampa Bay Rays manager Joe Maddon and Philadelphia Phillies manager Charlie Manuel announced their starting lineups and starting pitchers for the game tomorrow night.
Maddon selected Roy Halladay from the Toronto Blue Jays as his starter while Manuel chose Tim Lincecum from the San Francisco Giants.
