According to a press release from the Boston Red Sox, Mike Napoli‘s sleep apnea surgery went well.

BOSTON, MA – Boston Red Sox first baseman Mike Napoli today underwent successful surgery to address his sleep apnea. The procedure was performed this morning at Massachusetts General Hospital by Dr. Leonard Kaban, Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After a brief hospital stay, Napoli is expected to return home later this week.
