The 2004, 2007, and 2013 World Series trophies will visit fans in Connecticut this weekend, making stops in Waterbury and Hartford on Sunday, February 9. The visit to Connecticut is part of an effort to share the 2013 World Series trophy with fans throughout New England., the U.S., and the globe.
The three trophies will be in Waterbury from 8-9:30 a.m. at the Police Activity League of Waterbury, located at 64 Division Street. From 2:30-5:30 p.m., the trophies will be at the XL Center in Hartford, located at 1 Civic Center Plaza. Both stops are open to the public.
Sunday's trip will be the fourth time the 2013 World Series trophy has been to the Constitution State for both public and private events.
