The ESPN/USA Today Coaches’ Preseason Poll is out for men’s basketball and the UConn Huskies find themselves as the No. 4 team in the land. They finished last season as the No. 1 team after not being ranked at the start of the season.
The North Carolina Tar Heels are on top and followed by Kentucky, Ohio State, UConn and Syracuse.
Besides UConn and Syracuse, the Big East is represented in the poll by Louisville (8), Pittsburgh (11), Marquette (21) and Cincinnati (22). Villanova, West Virginia, St. John’s and Notre Dame are among the others receiving votes.
