Samuel Deduno (L), Jon Lester (R)

After taking two-of-three from the Detroit Tigers, the Boston Red Sox will continue their 10-game homestand with the first game of a four-game set with the Minnesota Twins at historic Fenway Park.

First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. and will be broadcast on NESN in the Red Sox television market. If you live in the Twins television market, you can catch the game on FOX Sports North. If you can’t catch the television broadcast, you can always listen to it on the Red Sox radio network.

Jon Lester looks to build off of his last start in his 22nd start of 2012. In his previous 21 starts, Lester is 5-8 with a 5.49 ERA. He’s made one start against the Twins this season and picked up a no decision after allowing five runs in seven innings of work back on April 23rd. Lester has made eight career appearances (seven starts) against the Twins and is 1-3 with a 4.96 ERA. Three of those appearances (two starts) have come at the Fens where he is 1-0 with a 2.95 ERA (6 ER/18.1 IP).

Samuel Deduno makes his fifth start of 2012 for the struggling Twins. In his previous four starts, Deduno is 2-0 with a 3.13 ERA. Tonight marks his first career start against the Red Sox and at the Fens.
