After falling last night, the Boston Red Sox look to finish up the 2013 regular season home schedule with a win this afternoon in the rubber game of a three-game series with the Toronto Blue Jays at Fenway Park.

First pitch is scheduled for 1:35 p.m. The game will be broadcast on NESN in the Red Sox television market. If you live in the Blue Jays market, you can catch the game on Rogers SportsNet. And if you can't catch the game on television, you can always listen on the 2013 Red Sox Radio Network.

Felix Doubront gets the nod in regular season home finale in his 27th start (28th appearance) of the 2013. In his previous 27 appearances (26 starts), Doubront is 10-6 with a 4.15 ERA. He's made two starts against the Jays this season and has no record with a 3.97 ERA. He's made 11 career appearances (six starts) against them and is 2-2 with a 4.97 ERA. In six appearances (three starts) at the Fens, he is 0-2 with a 5.49 ERA.

R.A. Dickey makes his 33rd start for the disappointing Blue Jays. In his previous 32 starts, the reigning NL Cy Young Award winner is 13-12 with a 4.21 ERA. He took the loss in his lone start against the local nine after allowing eight runs (seven earned) back on April 7. He's made 10 career appearances (four starts) against the Red Sox and is 2-2 with a 5.26 ERA. He has no record with an 8.53 ERA (6 ER/6.1 IP) in four appearances at the Fens.
