Afternoon Red Sox Delight – 5/9

After getting spanked last night, the Boston Red Sox look to salvage a split of their four-game series tonight with the Minnesota Twins at historic Fenway Park.

First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. If you live in the Red Sox television market you can catch the game on NESN. If you live in the Twins television market, you can catch the game on Fox Sports North. And if you can't catch the game on television, you can always listen on the 2013 Red Sox Radio Network.

John Lackey makes just his fourth start of 2013. In his previous three starts, Lackey is 1-2 with a 3.52 ERA. He last faced the Twins when he picked up the win after allowing two runs in 6.2 innings of work. He's made 15 career starts against them  and is 7-5 with a 3.68 ERA.

Kevin Correia makes his seventh start of 2013 and in the AL. In his previous six starts, Correia is 3-2 with a 2.83 ERA. His lone career appearance against the Red Sox came in 2007 when he threw one inning of scoreless ball at the Fens.
