After finishing up interleague play yesterday in Atlanta, the Boston Red Sox finally return to American League action as they are in Baltimore to take on the Orioles in the final three games of a nine game road trip.

The game tonight will start at 7:05 PM EDT and will be televised in the Red Sox television market on NESN. If you live in the Orioles market, you can catch the game on MASN. And if the television isn’t your cup of tea, you can catch the game on one of the many affiliates of the Red Sox Radio Network

Jon Lester has been throwing the ball well as of late for the Red Sox. He’s made 15 starts this season and has a record of 6-6 with a 4.68 ERA. He has faced the Orioles once this year picking up the win after seven scoreless innings. Lester has never lost to the Orioles in nine career starts as he is 7-0 with a 2.45 ERA. He’s made two starts at Camden Yards and is 2-0 with a 2.16 ERA.

Jason Berken made his MLB debut on May 26th against the Toronto Blue Jays and has made six starts. He’s 1-4 with a 6.32 ERA in those starts and hasn’t gotten much run support either. He’s never faced the Red Sox in his career.

Some members of the Red Sox need your help as the American League All-Star balloting winds down. So go vote Red Sox. And my friend Kristen would really appreciate it if you could vote for the Nationals’ Ryan Zimmerman at third base and Adam Dunn in the outfield in the NL voting.
