They have released four, leaving them with 71. None of the cuts was surprising:
- NT Steve Fifita
- CB Jeff Shoate
- TE Jonathan Stupar
- OL Jimmy Martin
They need to get to 53 players by 4 p.m. Saturday.
On another note the Houston Texans in a surprise move cut former Patriots linebacker Rosevelt Colvin who they signed as a free agent this offseason.
