John Lindner, a walk-on for the men’s basketball team, expects to be back with them next season.
Alex Oriahki and Jamal Coombs-McDaniel will be playing in Brazil with the Nike Select Team. Both of them will be freshman at UConn in 2009.
The men’s soccer team is ranked #2 in the preseason NSCAA poll.
