Don’t worry folks, the New England Patriots didn’t sign Jim McMahon to come back for another Super Bowl Shuffle. Instead they have signed free agent lineman Pete McMahon who was just waived by the Jacksonville Jaguars on the 25th.
The signing of McMahon brings the Patriots roster to the league maximum of 80 and means John Tomase now has to use one more finger to count.
McMahon was a 6th round pick out of Iowa in 2005 by the Oakland Raiders and has never appeared in an NFL regular season game.
