The NBA Champion Boston Celtics acquired the draft rights to Bill Walker, who was selected with the 47th pick out of Kansas State, from the Washington Wizards for cash.
Walker, who best known for peeing in a towel on the bench this season, is a 6-foot-6 small forward. Walker who reportedly injured his knee working out for Golden State has a history of knee problems having torn the ACL’s in both of his knees.
The Celtics took Semih Erden a 7-foot-1, 268 pound center from Turkey with the 60th and final pick of the 2008 NBA Draft.
The Celtics probably will not even see him for two or three years as he plans to sign a long term deal to stay with his Turkish team.
I understand Doc Rivers will be instituting a “no peeing while on the bench” rule.
If you order something with a “Turkish Center” is that just a little bit pink in the middle or is it cooked fully?
