New England Patriots running back Kevin Faulk will be holding his second annual Kevin Faulk Celebrity Softball game to benefit the United Way on Saturday May 17th at Campanelli Stadium in Brockton MA.

Last year Faulk’s event drew participation from teammates Tedy Bruschi, Vince Wilfork, Wes Welker, Benjamin Watson, Ellis Hobbs and Laurence Maroney. So far Wilfork has committed to this years event.

“[We] went on vacation together with our wives, and that’s all he’s been talking about,” Faulk said.

Currently Faulk is participating in the teams offseason workouts and setting goals for this season. He said it took him about a week to get over the Super Bowl loss.

“Obviously, we didn’t play our best football that day and the best team won; that’s how you have to look at it,” he said. “The best thing about it is that you get to come back next year and try to do it again.”
