Steve and I spent a great deal of time perusing the rosters of all 64 teams in the 2008 NCAA Women’s Tournament looking for who we thought was the hottest player on each team. There were teams where we had to choose between a few and there were some teams that we had to basically throw a dart at to pick the hottest player. We won’t tell you what teams those were, they will be pretty obvious to you when you see all the pictures.
So without further adieu, SOX & Dawgs presents you with the Hotties of the NCAA Women’s Tournament broken down by each region. First up is the Greensboro Region.

Two NFL sisters on here….the WVU girl is Marc Bulger’s sister. And Candace Wiggins from Stanford is the daughter of former San Diego Padres’ all-star Alan Wiggins.

No doubt about that Rob. Those pictures were where I had seen her first. Then when we thought of the idea, we were hoping she’d make it.
Obviously John is president of the Ayla Brown fan club.
I’ll take Florzak from Iowa State, but Candace Parker is hot in street clothes. Of course, I saw her standing with Alexis Hornbuckle and thought Hornbuckle was a dude, so whoever is standing with Hornbuckle is going to look a little better than they already are.

Is the Roethilisberger girl from Oklahoma any relation to Big Ben? How does Candace Parker make this list? I don’t think anyone from Tennessee is worthy of this list.
Yes that is Big Ben’s sister. As much as I didn’t want to put anyone from Tennessee on the list being a UConn fan and all but each team had to be represented. Some teams really didn’t have anyone in our opinions while others were an easy choice.
I would hate to see the girls that didn’t make this list.
With only a few exceptions, I doubt the gender of most of these girls.
