The rebuilding era is Baltimore is upon us as the Orioles have traded Miguel Tejada to the Houston Astros in a 5 for 1 deal. The Orioles sent Tejada to the ‘Stros for LHP Troy Patton, OF Luke Scott, RHP Matt Albers, RHP Dennis Sarfate and 3B Michael Costanzo.
Tejada hasn’t been happy with the way things had been going in Baltimore since he’s been there and now he has a chance to restart his career in Houston.

MacPhail has not officially said the word rebuilding, although anyone with half a brain knows it…
I’d definitely say it’s a rebuilding when you’re trading pieces that will get you the most return. I also read today that the talks between the Cubbies and O’s about Brian Roberts are still ongoing.
