  That was one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. They should set it to the Culture Club song from the 1980’s “I’ll Tumble for ya”.

  You have to wonder what his family thinks when they see him doing stuff like that. He isn’t as old as my dad but no way in hell could I see my father doing the whole air guitar thing. Imagine being his wife and everywhere you go to today getting “is Jerry ok? I saw him fall off the table on tv last night.”

  When they go to NYC next week he needs to get Waldman and Sterling in on the act but make sure he leaves the booth window open so those two fall out.

  NESN needs to make a “Best of Don & Jerry” clip show: gathering together all those moments where the two of them lose their collective shit over something completely unrelated to the game in hand.

  I will love them forever for their mocking handling of the pointless “Chevy Cobalt Pitch” promotion a couple of seasons ago, as it seemed to dawn on them, live on air, that no-one was ever going to win a car!

  The cobalt bits were hilarious…my favorite was a few years ago during a lunar eclipse when, I think it was Orsillo, tried to say the Sun passed bewtween the earth and the moon and Remy was ripping on him the rest of the game…and he used the telepromter to illustarte

  I’ve talked to Ian about putting up some sort of poll for a vote at the end of the year of the best laughing fit in the booth this season. He has started to collect them and right now I got to give RemDawg’s shitter #1 with Manny and Julian with the head rub as #2. The Zaka-San head bands are #3.

  The only thing that would beat it for me would be some combination of Tina Cervasio, Kathryn Tappen, me, message oils, benwa balls and one of those vibrating messagers you get at Brookstone.

  Oh don’t you worry. We will be keeping track of all these all season long. What i plan to do is also this.

  I will save the videos from each incident we want to vote on and find some way to keep them up there for the length of the polls.

  Steve when is your Girls of NESN page going to be born. LOL.
